What CHERN Does

CHERN is not an umbrella school and does not take control of your homeschool. Parents remain fully independent while gaining access to trusted support, legal guidance, planning tools, recordkeeping resources, and a network of experienced homeschool educators and families.

Why We Created CHERN

Homeschooling can be one of the most rewarding decisions a family makes, but it can also feel overwhelming at times. Many families need support navigating:

  • Colorado homeschool law

  • Notices of Intent

  • curriculum choices

  • evaluations and testing

  • high school planning

  • transcripts and recordkeeping

  • scheduling and organization

CHERN was created to provide practical support, trusted guidance, and helpful tools while still preserving the freedom and independence that make homeschooling valuable.

Who CHERN Serves

CHERN is designed to support Christian families homeschooling independently under Colorado’s Notice of Intent pathway.

Whether you are just beginning your homeschool journey or preparing students for graduation, CHERN provides practical guidance, helpful tools, organization support, and encouragement for families seeking to homeschool with confidence.
